How to maximize 100mbps upload?

Hi,

My download and upload speeds are both 92mb/s, unthrottled, unfirewalled.

HELP NEEDED: Average global upload rate is only <5mb/s, when running torrents with 100's/1000's peers. How can I seed faster?

OS: Windows 7

Global Upload Rate: 0

Max # Connections: 100,000

Max # connected peers/torrent: 10,000

# upload slots/torrent: 1,000

bt.transp_disposition: 255

net.max_halfopen: 100

peer.disconnect_inactive: 600

Cache size: 512mb
