utorrent doesn't start download on start up.

in my country i have a free internet at night time.so i starts torrent and go to sleep.i have mechanical robot with timer that turns on the computer at night and starts the pc and internet.for about week my downloads are not starting on start up of utorrent.i always left download started on shutdown of windows.deleting user account and adding new one fixed the problem but it start happening again.so i reformatted my pc with windows 7 ultimate sp1 and problem still happening.can don't start download automatically on adding torrents can cause the downloads to stop in utorrent 3.0? I always left that option on and never have problems with previous versions of utorrent.this problem also persist in other bittorrent clients like bittorrent and bitcomet.
