Internet disconnecting have to reset Network Adapter.

After my utorrent is launched for about 30mins my internet freezes says something about default gateway. I then have to disable and re-enable my network adapter to regain connection.

I have win7 x32

netgear n150 router with plusnet fibre 35 down 2 up (I have tried turning off nat and dos att prevention didnt help)

vipre firewall (tried turning it off didnt help)

set my upload at 1mbps which i think was 500 global and 100 per torrent. im on version 3.0 i also tried 2.2.1 same results. Im using vpn port 1723 to limit plusnet throttling.

my network adapter is onboard nvidia nforce 650 with latest drivers.

I think its a prob with windows 7 or maybe some advanced options i need to configure. Any help appreciated.
