Setup on PC with multiple drives.

I would appreciate it if someone would share some ideas on where and how to set up uT on a PC with multiple hard drives. I have three drives running on my system now, not just three partitions.

C: Boot drive running XP.

E: Storage/Save files (torrent downloads) and virtual memory

F: Demanding Apps and programs (Games, Acrobat, etc ....)

Previously I was running BT version 7.5 on my C: Drive, and saving the files to my E: (storage) and it worked well enough. However, I am considering setting up uT on my E: drive, so all torrent activity can be in one place. That way, when I am gaming or surfing the next I won't be accessing that drive, and the torrent program can have nearly exclusive use of that drive. However, I know there is a different school of thought that says it is best to run an app on one drive and save files on the other.

Please feel free to share your own experiences or other ideas on my setup.
