Problem with updated utorrent

When I updated my utorrent im now haveing a problem because when i click a torrent it automatically downloads which is ok the problem is it does not show me all the files in a little window anymore where i can check off what files i want to download. Does anyone know how i can get that pop up window back?

Guys how can i upload on archive in .rar to torrent and my friends can download it ? how can i do it ? thanks..
