auto-load delay, auto-load stuck and shuffled files on start

I have a few issue with utorrent 3.0 that maybe you know how to solve.

I have configured utorrent to auto-load torrent from a specific folder, but it seems there is an intentionnal delay between the loading of each new files, like 1~3second or so.

is there any way to change the delay?

secondly, if somehow there is a bad file (incomplet or corrupted torrent) in the auto-load folder, utorrent get stuck on that file and doesnt try to load the next not-loaded-yet torrent file.

I understand it may be by design, but utorrent doesnt warn about it so I have to always have a look at the folder to see if he is stuck or not.

finally, when I restart utorrent, all my loaded torrent are shuffled, ie. the order they were when I quited utorrent is lost.

I think this is because some of the torrent are loaded through the auto-loading folder, and some other come from rss feed.

I may be wrong but it looks like utorrent read the two folder at the same time and reload the torrent in a nice giant mix.

If you have any suggestion of what I could to solve or ease these problem, you are very welcome
