Data queued up but have to force start

Installed Win 7 Ultimate after HD crash, the torrent is queued up but have to force start the download otherwise it would just sit there and do nothing. Before it would load up and start with-in 25sec's

did a search and nothing was found for my problem

I'm sure I goofed somewhere when setting up utorrent

That's why.

Also, your settings are consistent with using a youtube setup guide. Those settings aren't supported.
