Feature request:Allow utorrent download directory to contain links(win

My idea is that the download directory could have links to other drives and dirs, and

those linked files could be uploaded as requested. The problem that motivates it is that

the download directory usually becomes a disorganized deposit of many types of files.

With the feature, I could put files on their right directories and leave a link on the utorrent

directory for utorrent to continue uploading them.
