uTorrent moves data from subfolders of default data directory

I've noticed that when you select the option to move data after downloading, and select the option to only move from default data directory, uTorrent still moves the data if you change the download directory to a subfolder of the default one (or at least it did it once for me).

Worse yet, it seems to have overwritten (without prompting) the already finished files which were in the finished downloads folder (downloaded with another client), which is pretty bad.

I'm using 2.2.1 25130, so it might be outdated, but it's annoyed me quite a bit, so I thought I'd let you know nevertheless.
