TorNyan
Hello! I run Windows 7 64-bit and I think it was since I switched download directory to my NAS that I began having troubles (I barely have space at the disks on my comp, that's why I switched to the NAS). I tried a BT-client that came with it "QGet", but I don't manage to set it up, so I can't use it.Soo, Problem #1:whenever I try to delete a Torrent + Data, it loads for twenty seconds, then a window comes up saying [One of the files] can't be moved to the Recycle Bin, Do you want to remove it permanently?OK / Cancel.Weather I choose OK or Cancel, it ends up loading another twenty seconds, then asks about the next file, and next and next until I've chosen for every single file, but most often just until I exit uTorrent.exe in the Task Manager; When I do this, The torrent may still exist when I open uTorrent up again. My current solution to this is to just remove the torrent (It still asks about the data file, however.), and then delete the directory manually. The same window still comes up in the explorer, but just once, about the whole directory, not individually for each file, if I click a box.Problem #2:Removing or adding a torrent most often causes uTorrent to stop responding, it usually comes back in about ten seconds, not always, however.Problem #3 (The yet most annoying one):If I shut down uTorrent in the Task Manager, and then re-open it; Downloading torrents may want to re-check, and most often ends up getting stuck at 00.0%, or at another percentage.Finished torrents may end up in an Invalid download state or something, and most often won't start until the torrent is re-added to the client (This may also happen randomly when starting uTorrent up).Problem #4:After removing a torrent, trying to add it again (because of Problem #3), it saysThe torrent you are trying to add matches a torrent currently being deleted.... And I try two minutes later, still the same message, perhaps even after three minutes. Sometimes I get sick of this and just exit the program and re-open it, but then I get something likeuTorrent is still running, close all processes and try again. So yeah, I do that from the Task Manager and 50% of the time (lol that I know that) the torrent is still there when I open up the client again, so then I will have to try and remove it *again*.I found a solution to this which works sometimes; directly after removing a torrent - minimize uTorrent and the maximize it.
