I have a problem and i hope that someone outthere will be so good and help me!!:I have 14 mb/s download and 1.50 mb/s upload but in utorrent downloads betwen 40 kb/s and 500 kb/s no matter how many seeders is on and my internet wont work when i have utorrent turned on!! I have turned off limits so i have set on limitless up and download!! My internet service told me that its nothing wrong from their side that every thing works peoperly!!
