Unable to download new torrents or resume

I have just reformatted my pc and reloaded windows 7 professional, with administrator account and Utorrent onto my computer.

However after installing utorrent I am unable to download or resume any torrents when I download to a particular hard drive on my pc.

When adding a new torrent and choosing a to save to the internal hard drive other than the main windows hard rive It reports "You don't have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission"

When trying to resume a torrent I will recheck the torrent ok start downloading then throw up "error access denied"

The Computer has three Hard drives

C drive OS

D drive Data

E drive Data

I have installed two data hard drives which I have been using fine to store all my downloaded torrents.

The problem only occurs with one of the data Hard Drives in my pc. I can download to any of the other drives fine.

Why is the torrent client complaining that I don't have administrator privileges to access the hard drive? Even though I can read and write to the drive in windows fine.
