Possible Bug with 'Ratings' for uTorrent 3.0 (build 25583)

uTorrent Version: 3.0 (build 25583) [32-bit]

OS: WinXP SP3

Don't know if this is or is not a bug, posting just in case.

I'm seeding the follow torrent item: Zeitgeist: Moving Forward (2011) PAL Version (Dual Layer) Torrent

It's a legal share so okay to test and is available from here: http://zeitgeistmovie.com/torrents.html

At the same time as seeding that I'm also seeding the 'NTSC' version of the same documentary/movie.

Thing is that if I click on the 'Ratings (tab)' for the NTSC torrent everything seems fine, nothing untowards happens. However, if I click on the 'Ratings (tab)' for the PAL torrent then the uTorrent GUI freezes up. (Windows Task Manager reports it as 'not responding'.)

If I look at an app that reports what my bandwindth usage is it shows that uTorrent is still seeding - even though the GUI is locked-up. In any case, the only way I can get out of the GUI lock-up is to have Windows forceably terminate uTorrent.

Would add that I've tried clicking on 'Ratings (tab)' for torrents other than those mentioned above and no problems. Seems to be the case that only the PAL version of 'Zeitgeist' is producing this lock-up. Which seems strange to me and maybe indicate some kind of a bug - so think the experts might want to have a look at it.
