Save files in torrent location

Is it possible to set up utorrent to save the downloaded files in the same location as the .torrent file is located. Also it seems that you can only have utorrent delete the torrent files if they are in the folder that's being watched by utorrent. I am thinking of moving from transmission to utorrent as it seems to be faster but these are features that are preventing me from moving.
