license issue with uTorrent Pro

So I am getting this error as I attempt to install uTorrent Pro:

"invalid license key for (file too short)"

Any suggestions?

That's odd, because most people with the problem have been using other browsers and have it work fine with firefox.

Have you tried piping the link through another browser or through a download manager program?

Just tried IE and it says "this file can not be downloaded"

WTF?

some how got another step (forward?) with an error message saying:

"activation server error: Could not obtain SSL chunk size", then got the previous error message of

""invalid license key for (file too short)"

Guess i am going to have to ask for my money back...

I'm getting someone to look into it. Whatever it is, it's a server misconfiguration at this point. I'll make sure to snowball whoever is actually responsible.

So I have now waited over two weeks for a response to this issue. No response in the next day or so and I will have the credit card company refuse payment on my purchase of the "pro" version.

It was actually addressed that week (according to my contact, around the 19th or so), you should be able to re-download it.

It still does not work.

Perhaps the problem is the download. The only place I have to download is the email I received from Cleverbridge which supposedly contains the key built-in.

Is there another location I can download the Pro version and obtain the key?
