Of course the site could have a bad torrent file. But when I have a problem with a specific site to down load the torrent, I will get it on several of their torrents. I then go to another site, down load a torrent, go back to the first site and I am able to get it. (Although there are cases when the content of the torrent is NOT the same as the name of the torrent indicates.) You just have to try again later.I can see the possibility of it being a uTorrent problem if there is a hole/bug in the processing of loading a torrent and any cleanup - or not initializing the process correctly(completely). But based on the number of times this error has occured to me, a would be a very difficult bug to locate - if it exists in uTorrent at all.
