listen port - uTorrent no longer works at all

I have been using this for months with no problem, but recently I got hide my ass vpn and uTorrent does not work under any circumstances. I am new at this and I have spent a week trying to find an explanation of listen ports basic enough for me. There aren't any.

After I installed the vpn, I could get ip and port info from a list on their site, put this into uTorrent for the proxy server, and it would work. I must have changed the listen port at some point, and I have no idea what it used to be. Can anybody tell me what the hell I did and how to fix it?
