Disappearing torrents!

Hi,

I got a big problem with my utorrent. Last night everything went perfectly (torrent downloading, seeding, etc), But this morning, suddenly every torrent that I have had disappeared. I can't see any torrents at all. Nothing is downloading and seeding. So I figured that I lost the torrent file. Then I tried to download the same torrent file, and added into utorrent. But it wont allow me to do that and it gave me window saying that the torrent is already on the list and asking me if I want to load trackers from it. Then it would mean that the torrents that I have is already there. The problem is how do I see it. Is it because my computer restarted itself last night? If it is, then nothing is make sense since this is not the first time my computer restarted itself. Here the screenshot.

I'm using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit and utorrent 3.1.

Hi there,

I have the exact same problem, everything was fine with utorrent last night and then this morning all of my torrents have disapeared.

My pc did not restart itself between last night and this morning, that is the only difference.

Hope somebody can help as i am a menber of quite many site where you get kicked out if your ratio drops or if you're not uploading anything for a while.

Exactly the same thing and this is the second time it's happened but only after ALL my downloads Completed.

Very puzzling (through Options/Preferences/Directories) I set the torrents to download onto an external hard drive, firstly into a NewDownloads folder then move to the Completed folder on download complete.

All the folder/files are still there in the Completed folder BUT they won’t show on my uTorrent Main Window to continue to Seed.

The number of torrents show (53) as being available but Nothing at all appears in the window.

I highlighted the lot and moved them back again into the NewDownloads folder but it made no difference.

See if your torrent files are still in the designated folder and look to see if the created folders for the downloads are still there. You can see where these folders are in Options/Preferences. If something wiped them out, then that is a problem with something other than uTorrent. If all files are where they belong, try 'adding' the torrents back into uTorrent using the File/Add Torrent menu.
