Errors and oddities after system restore

Had to perform a system restore to correct a separate issue. After restore, uTorrent is no longer in Star Up menu, as I'd anticipated, but all torrent files were untouched and uT would run from H: - however, I have 2 or 3 (it can't decide which) errors stating either that the files of the torrent aren't where they should be (see above - they are), or that those same torrents are "in an invalid DL state." Others report as "queued seed" when they should be seeding... [Fixed "Queued Seed" problem - something had changed some, but not all of my settings.]

Tried re-installing, but thise comes back as invalid Win32 - saw the post about that, but will have to wait until I can be at a computer with another browser. I only have IE8 and with the troubles I've had yesterday and today, I won't risk lousing up anything else!

Do I need to re-install? Can I just run as-is? Is there a way to put uTorrent "back on the map" from within the programme itself? Is something actually wrong?

Win XP SP3, if that's necessary, and latest uTorrent ver. [uT looks like it's working despite errors.]

Someone cue the Twilight Zone theme, it's just that kind of day...
