Speed does not match the remaining time

Hi, I'm downloading a file with 7.44gb, my velocity of download is +-200kb/s and remaining timing is 12 minutes.

I've reinstalled but the same,

I have windows 7 64bits. My torrent version is: uTorrent 3.1 (build 26650) [32bits].
