Skip checking already downloaded files

I have set-up many TV series torrent files automatically download through Firefox and the Directory "Automatically load .torrents from". Every time a new episode appears, the .torrent file saved to this predefined folder and uTorrent starts re-checking all of the files which are already downloaded correctly.

Many of the shows are in HD and weighs 20-60 Gbytes. Of course this slowdowns access to the HDD and download of the new episode of the show is delayed.

Is there ANY way to avoid re-checking all of the downloaded episodes? Thanks
