Listen Error

Greetigns everyone,

I've already tried to solve this problem on my own and searching in the internet for some help, but all the things I've read are way to technical for me,

Aparantly from one day to another I was unable to downlad or upload stuff, on the bottom-left of the utorrent page, I get this message " Listen error You should change the listen port.". I don't have the any kind of idea to what this refers to because as I stated before, I don't understand all the technical terms about ports, conexions and stuff. So If there is someone with the patient to help me step by step I will sure appreciate the help.
