3.1 Updating RSS freezes UI

When RSS is being updated on uTorrent 3.1 the entire UI freezes until the update (actually filtering I think) is complete. This happens both on automated RSS updates and manual updates.

While an RSS update is occurring the UI will not respond at all - if you click multiple times in the uTorrent window the "waiting" spinner will appear (and the uTorrent window will be greyed on Win7 at least).

I have fairly large (~500 items) feeds with ~100 active filters, and the UI will be frozen for about 10 seconds. To replicate my setup:

1. Have a fairly large feed (e.g. http://feeds.feedburner.com/eztv-rss-atom-feeds?format=xml)

2. Create ~100 active filters with both inclusive and exclusive wildcard filters, filtering on parsed episode number.

3. Perform an RSS update. The RSS entry list will clear.

4. Click in the uTorrent window about once every second. After a few seconds the window will grey (on Win7), the spinner will appear and "(not responding)" will appear in the title bar.

5. Continue clicking about once per second until the window responds again.

I did not get this behaviour with 3.0 (same feeds, pretty much same filters). I noticed the change in behaviour as soon as I installed 3.1 (but didn't report it for a while as I assumed it would be noticed and fixed quickly).
