troubleshooting with u torrent

i need some help when i download something it takes it very slow a few days ago the u torrent take them with 800kb-600kb now it takes with 1kb i don't know how to fix it ca anyone hepl me pls

Have you gone into options, preferences, setup guide? Try that first to see if it helps. If not, it depends on how many seeds there are available and some of the trackers may not be working. Delete any trackers, that show as invalid, machine actively refuses or closed by peer...etc. Trackers that don't work will slow your downloads. If these don't work, you may have to tweak your settings.
