State changing script

Hi,

I have a question.

I'm on a torrent site where the seeding rules have changed. Now it count via a formula. In uTorrent I can only choose the seeding goal in specific ratio or specific seeding time.

My question is:

Can I make a script or something to specify the seeding goal manually?

The formula is: (1-ratio)*(48+0.4*downloaded)-elapsed

After the formula is true i want to change the status Finished.

Is this possible?
