I need to know where on the web I can find a simple explanation and examples of these tpoics for the beginner. Delving into source is still a bit ahead of me as a way to learn at the moment. I want to understand the way these hash tables are distributed and the way trackers keep tract, like a kind of a workflow diagram is what I'm looking for or maybe psudocode?
