Where do the files on the completed utorrents if removed from queue?

Hi -

I've been having a lot of speed problems with larger downloads, so now I'm downloading individual seasons. However, I recently completed a download of Supernatural S6 w/ extras. It's been seeding for a couple of days, and I had the files, so I removed it from the queue after rating it. Now it seems the files have disappeared! I looked in downloads, torrents, videos, and they are gone. (Also the recycle bin, of course.) Where should I look next? Are they gone? Do I need to upload them again?
