How do you set up an automatic download timer?

HI there

Does anybody know how to set up an automatic download timer?

For example, I have a server at work and I want the downloads to start automatically at say 8PM, and stop at say 5AM before our clients get to work so it doesn't slow them down. Any suggestions?
