Seeding refuses connections

Hello all,

I have found some kind of bug, because if I want to download it all just works. But if I want to seed some.. It doesn't seed, because people who I seed to are only connected for 1 ~ 10 seconds.

Pretty stupid, because I want to upload some torrents for people or companies like Ubuntu.. but I can't like this..

This 'bug' (not sure it is an bug) came since I updated my uTorrent 2.2 .. I have now uTorrent 3.1..

[ I can upload 400 kb/s only because my provider limited it very much]

So all together:

- Downloaders loss at 1 ~ 10 seconds

- uTorrent 3.1

- 'bug' started since update 2.2

- It have always worked like a sharm..
