vadimt Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 Hi, could you tell us the number of killed uTorrent build? Thanks, Vadim.
wingfat Posted February 3, 2012 Author Report Posted February 3, 2012 I was using a slightly older version but I upgraded to Version 1.5.14 (26699) when the problem was apparent. The system never starts (the download) or shows the added torrent.Thanks...
tmattias Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 Still have had the problem of excess use of processor and download speed going down t0 10kb/s for a while. Since the Lion update uTorrent stops responding as soon as I force a re-check of the torrents. (I have to do that as uTorrent doesn't start the check itself...it on stays at 0.0%).I have now moved over to another client since I'm tiered of uTorrent not working properly. This has been going on for months and it's only getting worse at the crew developing it are no responding to the problems. Yes I know it is a free software but I think we can still expect it to function properly.
ChipMcK Posted February 4, 2012 Report Posted February 4, 2012 Lion 10.7.3 and uTorrent 1.5.14 (26699 build) work just fine for me
wingfat Posted February 4, 2012 Author Report Posted February 4, 2012 I got it working as well... I used Cleanapp to remove all traces of uTorrent and then reinstalled. Thank you for letting me know it was working in your setup.
