utorrent plus purchased and not converting files for use on ipad

I am getting high cpu usage and constant freezing (utorrent not responding) messages. I upgraded to utorrent plus for easy file conversion to use on my ipad. It sucessfully converted two movies and since then is crashing constantly and won't completely convert any file. I have checked firewall and uninstalled and reinstalled twice.

I had the same problem, this is the only reason I purchased this software too....im very disappointed
