I really don't know what it is from.I searched the internet with google but i couldnt find it anywhere.Its very strange it isn't stated anywhere.I know nothing about it or what it could be.

I see my problem is complicated as we cant recognize the dispexec.dll file.If noone can help can someone please tell me where i should address to?Maybe to microsoft or utorrents help center?

It's very likely malware or something. You should consult a general PC troubleshooting forum, or just reinstall Windows.

I don't use a firewall the last month.If i installed an antimalware program it may be fixed?

WOW I am so happy!!!!!!Thanks a lot for the advices!! You were right it was a malware.I downloaded an antimalware programm and scanned my pc.It found the dispexec.dll and now i can install and use utorrent.Thanks a lot again your advices were so vital for my job!

I'm having the same problem. Can you tell me how you fixed it. I have tried using GlaryUtilities to remove registries but it doesnot work.

As i state at your quote it was a malware that caused this problem.Just download an antimalware programm or use yours if you have one( i used the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware), scan your pc and it should delete the suspicious malware.
