uTorrent is slow and killing internet.

Hi!

I have a problem, every time I open uTorrent it blocks my internet and is downloading way slower than it used to. I used to be able to download with 1.3mb/s and now it won't go over 100kb/s. I checked, I don't have any dl speed limits on. It also makes me unable to browse the internet. I can use skype and msn if I am logged in before opening it but after I open it and need to relog I simply can't.

Please help me since this is getting irritating.
