mcaspi Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 Your ISP is probably messing with bittorrent traffic. Just enter your upload speed with your ISP in the drop-down menu or use speedtest.net to measure it if you don't know it, save and you're set. You will probably have traffic issues using uTorrent..
