Tab order in "Add New Torent" dialog incorrect

Hi,

The field order in the "Add new Torrent" dialog and just about every "Preference" page is wonky in the build of uTorrent specified above. Please fix it so the Tab key navigates the fields in a sensible order.

The tab order of the "Add new Torrent" dialog was fine before I upgraded from version 2.??? today. I don't know about the Preference pages.

We'll fix this. It has to be redone by hand when things get reorganized, so sometimes we forget to do so.
