aupperk24 Posted February 10, 2012 Report Share Posted February 10, 2012 I used to download at 1.4MB/s, and now it goes down to 8kb/s. Every time i restart uTorrent, it goes back to 1.4MB/s and in about 20 second it goes back down to 8kb/s. This didn't happen until i upgraded uTorrent. Is there a way to fix this? I've searched and tried forcing outgoing protocol encryption and disabling legacy without success. Please help. When i go to Option>setup and run a test, the port is fine, but the top section tells me, speed test failed, read failure. every couple of minutes, it would go back to 1.4MB/s then it goes back down to 8kb/s within 20 second again. this is happening with all my torrent files.
