scorpion_msk Posted February 11, 2012 Report Share Posted February 11, 2012 Hi,seems I found a bug in 3.1.2 version. overall speed limitation doesn't work at all, I set any value, for example 500kbps, but client still continues downloading at 1.1mbps which is my ISP limitation.That happened after upgrade to 3.1.x version, and everything worked fine in 2.x/3.0.Has anybody else faced that issue? or know when it will be fixed?downgrade back to lower versions is possible solution but not desired.
