"Shutdown when downloads complete" doesn't work

Hello,

I use uTorrent 3.1.2 (build 26740) on Vista Business 32-bit.

After updating uTorrrent to version 3.1.2 (build 26710) "shutdown when downloads complete" option close only the uTorrent but not the computer. In earlier versions everything worked fine. I waited to newer builds of 3.1.2 for fixes but it still doesn't work.

Please fix this problem.
