ukras Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 Since no one answer my previous (3 days) report post, let me directly ASK the question...I upgraded from v2.2.1 to v3.1.2 (now with the latest update 26746). I can upload at 170+ kB/s and at the same time, download at 1000+ kB/s (in some cases).Why is that, after I limiting my upload speed to 150kB/s, my upload drops from 170~180kB/s to 80kB/s?It still there at 80~90kB/s sometimes go to 100kB/s but hardly to around 150kB/s like it did in v2.2.1.As soon as I remove the upload limit, speed raises faster than light to 170~180kB/s again!Other times I do limit the Upload and Download and when I go to check (open uT from Systray) the speeds are completely crazy, to much beyond or to less than the imposed limits.
