Unable to find this, sorry.

Description of the problem:

Whenever I click download through any means on a site such as nyaatorrents, etc, etc. I would get a fail to load error window pop up. It started happening right after the megavideo, pirate bay mess. I know some have had this problem, some have figured a way around it, I am not that savvy to the the complicated solutions that were given. If you need any information or anything else to help distinguish the problem, let me know.

yeah, I'll try to get the error to pop up again. Give me a bit.

Also, I found when I tested my setup, I got "connection failed error: Timed Out. (10060)", if that helps any. no luck on finding the error, the way I found it the other day was downloading a torrent using url way of copy and pasted the link location.
