false positives from malwarebytes?

While running a free trial of malwarebytes, and utorrent 3.1, I was told that utorrent had tried to connect with

all said to be potentially malicious.

They're all located in China, Russian Federation or Ukraine.

The download was under the name [torrentday.com].

How much of this is worth believing, and why?
