cherold Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 Every day when uTorrent starts up I get a message telling me there's a later version of uTorrent and would I like to download it. I click yes, but nothing gets downloaded. I wanted to get the exact error message just now, so I killed and restarted uTorrent, but it didn't come up with the message. So then I clicked on "Check for Updates" and it said there were none.I'm using version 3.1.2. My alternate theory to this being a bug is you are actually releasing a new update every day that is somehow silently downloaded and installed in the background, but that strikes me as unlikely.
