The scheduller kills my downlad, how to fix it ?

Hello all,

I have the latest version of Utorrent.

I activated the scheduler to do two things :

1/ Limit my download speed and up when i am working

2/ Full speed during night

However, i activated it, stop all my download and click on resume (cause i forced download before)

In results the scheduler display all my downlad as "Queued" but it shall be downloading at 30kbs as per the speed limit i setup.

Do you know how to fix this issue ?

check preferences, queueing, maximum number of active torrents/downloads etc
