Utorrent 3.1.2 crashing

I've been using Utorrent for a long time and I had no problems but when it got updated to 3.1.2 windows will crash and a blue screen will appear, this only happens in Utorrent and BIttorrent

Unfortunately, it is happening under all conditions! I love utorrent and have for more years than i can count. I also understand that utorrent is free and has been for those same amount of years. So, I truly, from the bottom of my heart thank you guys, but everyone I talk to is having the same issues.

Every OS and every router and every software configuration. All my friends use utorrent for DLing and they all use different Windows OS from XP to 7. And every1 has a different router. I will admit I havent heard anything about Mac version. The issue is it freezes and uses all your resources. Im sorry to say the issue isnt with a certain configuration, its the software.

Sorry if I upset anyone but maybe there just too many unnecessary bells and whistles. I hope this comes off as helpful and not inflammatory but the previous version worked great and the latest version needs some repairing.

And I am not so sure about that... Yes, it might be "the software", but it has to do with a specific configuration (maybe even a default one) under some condition(s).

I'm sure that as the Internet connections become faster and faster, it can be easier for possible hidden issues (especially performance related, in new releases) to manifest themselves.
