importing torrents

ok i was having issues with having red files and thought it was trackers. come to find out i think it was my peers i wasnt connecting to any peers so all the files were red and wouldnt download. i uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it brought up the complete list of completed and current downloads. it worked for a little bit but then failed again and had no peers. i uninstalled and reinstalled it again and i lost my list. i queued a file and it didnt download. so i tried to do a system restore and take t back before i had issues. i could only go back a week but it seem to do the job its currently downloading but i do not have the list of torrents. i kept everything i downloaded on the torrent box bc it was easier for me to see what all i had. im not so great at putting stuff in files and whatnot. but im wondering if i can get all the files back on the utorrent box. ive still got the videos and stuff on the computer just not the list. so im wondering how i go about getting all that stuff back. ive got an ACER aspire 5745 all stock components that it came with. dont know much about the tech stuff so im hoping someone can help. thanks and help is appreciated
