problem with connecting to private trackers

hello,

i have problem with my connection. i normally use my home connection, but it has a slow upload connction compared to my university office's connection.

in my office, i can connect to public trackers but not to private ones.

although, i disable the dht, still it does not connect. what do you think? what should i do?
