Disk overload 100% error after purchasing SSD

I've been constantly having disk overload issues since purchasing an SSD. My torrents are not on the SSD drive, but I feel that it is still the reason I'm having issues, because I have never had these issue in the past. I have tried several suggestions in other threads, but none of them have worked.

I have tried the following suggestions:

- overriding automatic cache set to 64mb

- disabling "enable caching of disk writes"

- checking "disable Windows caching of disk writes"

- diskio.sprase_files set to true

Try with sparse to false and partfile to false.

I'll try with both of those on false.

Turn off sparse files. Sparse files are -horrible-.
