utorrent makes my PC unusable

Hello, Im having big trouble with utorrent (latest version not beta) whenever I start it and have some torrents downloading, my PC becomes totally unusable i cant even move mouse pointer - it lags so much and programs stops responding after a while utorrent stops responding too.

After quitting utorrent everything is fine again and windows works well.

It usually happens when Im downloading more torrents at once (like 10+).

Im on W7 x64 Enterprise, utorrent build 3.1.2 26773 32bit

Open the Setup Guide, enter there your UPLOAD speed with your ISP and save.
