d/l capped at 0.1kbs per seed

Hi.

I was downloading 2 torrents happily at speeds of about 500kb - 1Mb a second, and then all of a sudden they both got smashed and are only downloading at 0.1kbs per seeder. Does anyone know what has happened? I have not run out of bandwidth from my ISP. Everything elseis running ok.

Am using uTorrent 3.1.2 build 26733

Just read another thread and increased my cache.. it is going much faster right now. will report if it slows down again.

lasted for 1 minute and then back to 0.1kbs speeds
