Phoenix44424 Posted March 9, 2012 Report Posted March 9, 2012 I need a little help with regards to the harmful files warning that i'm getting when i try to open a file i downloaded. I've scanned the file with microsoft security essentials and it says it's clean but i'm still worried as i don't know whether it's MSE or utorrent that's got it wrong. Any advice would be appreciated.
schnurlos Posted March 9, 2012 Report Posted March 9, 2012 You should always ask where you got the file.
Phoenix44424 Posted March 9, 2012 Author Report Posted March 9, 2012 If you mean i should ask the person i got the file from i got it from pirate bay and i checked the comments to see if there were any people saying it had viruses or anything but it seemed fine.Is it possible that utorrent is giving a false warning since my anti virus says it's clean or should i just delete the file to be safe?
schnurlos Posted March 9, 2012 Report Posted March 9, 2012 Is the message you get from uTorrent, and which one is it if?
